Congrats to DC3 members and all community network leaders. While we already had the
policy/regulatory basis for CNs to operate prior to this in Brazil, this is a step forward

Excellent news from Brazil
A great leap forward. I wish my country of origin, after the
bushfires made headlines, would make such a stride forward.

advanced in the policy ecosystem faster than most. Apart from
