ITU Public Consultation about CNs Hi Marcelo, thank you very much for flagging this and
sharing the text, very interesting data inside it.In the past CWG-Internet in February,
both Canada and the UK proposed also community networks as a topic for discussion. You can
find all the contributions here:
https://www.itu.int/md/S19-RCLINTPOL12-C/en. The
countries who opposed community networks at the plenipot also blocked this from happening
at the CWG other delegationsWith a strong country from the Global South like Brazil
submitting it, this time the result may be different. Let's follow up the
result.best, carlos On 2019/09/05 18:58, Instituto Bem Estar Brasil wrote:Dear fellows I

agencies are doing in the member states to make suggestions to the public consultation of
ITU about CNs I will share the doc with some suggestions, that the folks of ISOC-BR and
Luca helped to make it better :-) in the last draft of Anatel. PS.: Remebering that this
doc is it in the context of the brazilian contributions BR Marcelo Saldanha IBEBrasil
