Hi everyone, Attached is a peer reviewed study that was shared with me about what the authors describe as "Community-led broadband initiatives," – i.e., community networks. It specifically focuses on the resilience of such networks, and unsurprisingly, their results indicated that the community network model strengthens local rural identity. Best, -Michael
