Dear IEEE Internet Initiative Colleagues,
With the winding down of the the IEEE Internet Initiative I will be leaving
IEEE at the end of this month. It has been a great pleasure and a privilege
to work with you on 3I over the course of the past nearly 5 years. I have
learned a great deal from working with you, and had a lot of fun along the
way.
Going forward, I expect to be spending more time with family and friends
out here in San Francisco. I will also be doing a little consulting
work related to standards development and alliance management. Hopefully,
perhaps our paths will cross again soon. Best wishes to everyone for much
success in 2019!
Note: After 31 December I can continue to be reached through either my IEEE
Member email, james.wendorf(a)ieee.org, or my personal email, wendorfj(a)aol.com.
My mobile number will also continue to be the same (see below).
Regards, JimW

Hi Glenn –
Some entities did and received funding.
Some of the criteria were strong.
I think you will see some future grant opportunities that are less
stringent and more non-profit focused.
Be well,
Jane

Hi
I wonder if anyone chased this grant. The problem is the stringent
criteria on the grant guidelines
