Hi All – There will be an interesting “spectrum symposium” today in Washington.  See below from the awesome Joly MacFie of ISOC NY Chapter. This is more the high-level policy-related aspects, but it is noteworthy that NTIA is bringing out the DOC Secretary (“Secretary” = Minister in the US). For those that may not be aware, NTIA manages “public” or government spectrum vs the FCC.  FCC manages private sector/commercial spectrum. And, FCC is part of NTIA’s long-standing (over 50 years) Interagency Radio Advisory Committee (IRAC).  The IRAC is the first inter-agency (mulit-ministry/multi-govt org) coordinating body.
