Looks good. I could tell you about the usefulness of this project from
somebody's viewpoint, that actually has wanted to build a network for quite
some time now, but has found the selection of appropriate hardware and
software to be prohibitively hard. The Pirate Party can also help in
building some of these networks around the world, and since there was
nobody from Europe in the attendants' list, maybe we could swing another
return-flight from Finland? =)

Hi Nico,
I think 'spreading' and 'diffusion' are interchangeable but if you
prefer
the former there is no problem for me :)

Hi Luca,
It looks good.
Only one obsevation about this phrase:
"So far, the deployment and diffusion of community connectivity[...]"
I think diffusion is not the word you are looking for (difusión in
spanish) I believe it translates to "word spreading" or some other
similar expression.
Maybe a native english speaker can help :)
Cheers!

Luca,
I've been contacted by Rogelio Lopez from Access Now, asking if I'd
like
to participate in this event.
I don't know much about it bit it looks interesting from what I saw
on
the website. I asked him if there's
travel funding available and he
said
he'd check...
He asked me to send a "tech demos" or "interactive workshop"
proposal,
but I like your proposal to present the
Coalition perspective in this
event...
So, as long as there's funding available to travel, through Access or
otherwise, I would be glad to take part.
Cheers!
Nico
PS: When will you be sending the proposal?
