Is anyone interested in helping me facilitating the
drafting process (meaning elaborating a first draft that will be shared for comments and
consolidating the comments we will receive)?
I can help with some examples where community built infrastructure is valuable ( such as
IXPs ).
I would like to also include references to the importance of using open standards and open
source in CN.
