[DC3] Reports on Governance Instruments and their Application to CNs

Hi, we have two related reports in the netCommons project, both of them cover the topic of "Governance Instruments and their Application to CNs", one produced in July 2017 (D1.3) and another due by end of this year (D1.4). They discuss about the outside organizational model as a "canvas", and the inside organizational and governance models of several community networks, and several organizational patterns and anti-patterns.
