[DC3] IGF session: CN funding models?

Dear all, I hope everyone is well (within the limit of the ongoing pandemic mess)! As you might know, the deadline to submit an IGF session proposal is next week. A recurring theme that emerged in recent CN related discussions is how to make alternative connectivity models financially sustainable and at the same time scalable I know many list members have worked on this topic and I would like to check if there is any interest to be pannellist or other role in such a session or if there is any other suggestion for a good topic for the DC3 session. A DC3 outcome for this year could be a brief paper on such topic Feel free to reply on-list or via direct email.
