Here are the specs we were asked the first time: 1. What is the expected level of IT involvment? I assume you only need us to set it up and you manage? Yes, We only need a manager on the other side in case something goes wrong, someone with low level access, I mean that if I don't have the means to do low level task (like reboot, reinstalling, ...) can do that for me 2. What are needs of the site? CPU / Memory / Disk Space? We need a simple set right now, maybe 1gb memory, 20gb disk space and cpu depends on what's available... 3. Is this a temporary (couple of years) or a permanent site? I assume “permanent”, but let us know. Just temporary until we connect 3 billions haha... in a more serious tone I think it's a permanent site 4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations?
