[DC3] Preview of the DC3 report for IGF

Dear all, I would like to share with you a short preview of the DC3 report https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/index.php?q=filedepot_download/513… This document will serve as introduction of the DC3 report that will be presented at the IGF, at DC3 session. I am working on the editing process of the book and will share updates ASAP.
