The book is going to be finalised by tomorrow and will be send to press by Friday to be ready for the IGF. Of course, free copies of the volume will be distributed at the session (courtesy of ISOC) and the book will be released under Creative Commons License. The IGF Secretariat has requested we identify 3 messages before the session. It is a quite curious request, as we cannot identify “messages” before having a debate but as we have to comply with UN formalities (although probably no one is even going to read the content of the “messages”), I suggest we propose something based on the session workshop description.
