[CNSIG-Council] Fwd: Joining ISOC CNSIG

Hi all, Roger from guifi.net made contact after the official ISOC announcement. He asks what's the procedure to join the CNSIG. We haven't yet established this clearly but in my opinion guifi.net needs no introduction and I would just invite them to join directly. If anyone considers it's better to wait untill we have an established procedure, please say so. Otherwise, I'll just tell Roger to join the mailing list and add him in the ISOC admin system as a member of the SIG. Cheers!
