Hello all,
from Atalaya Sur, we agree to include Guifi to the group. As mentioned, we
must discuss the details for the inclusion of a new organisation, just to
mantain the transparency in and out the cnsig, the proposed web form is ok
for us.
The proposal of using FB as another platform and not give them information
that isn´t in our websites is a good procedure in our opinion.
Regarding the inclusion of organisations that are not jet in the cnsig, we
believe that there are more possibilities of missunderstandings if we hurry
inclusions, than we include them later with time to clear questions and
mature thoughts: "slow but safe". If we are in the third attemp to create a
globaly federation is certainly because we all have some discussions to
madurate. The new friends are allways welcome to participate when the right
time comes.
All the best for this new stage!
cheers,
Damián

Please remember to reply with CC to rmonelos(a)gmail.com
in this thread so
we keep Rodrigo on the loop. He is not in the council list.
Cheers,
Nico.

Thank you Rodrigo for taking on the facilitator role. Please feel free
to take over the meeting preparations. The original email on this thread
has some basic info but go ahead and refine Agenda etc as you see fit -
I have received no further requests for agenda items. Looking forward.
Also, apologies to Panos who apparently didnt get the meeting poll
invite directly, please let us know if colleagues in your organisation
who need to be informed are not in this thread.
Thanks, Sol

What I proposed in a previous e-mail to Nico was
to set-up a
pad where
we can all add some important topics for
discussion before the
kick-off
meeting.
Let's use this one:
