I am planning to participate, but still haven't secured funding for this, as
last resort I could ask to Freifunk to use the GSoC mentor stipend for this,
but I would prefer to not do that as I was planning to use that to go to
FOSSDEM to present retroshare and decentralized culture repository core JSON
API.
