Here are my notes of the meetin for those that might not have been able
to assist.
The meeting was about ISOC sharing their 2020 Action Plan strategy
The direction of the plan will be around building, promoting and
defending the internet
The idea is for ISOC Community to be part of the process.
The shared timeline is roughly this one:
* feb: staff developed objectives
* march-apr: community feedback (a survey will be sent)
* jun: Staff will prepare 2020 projects proposals
* july: community fedback
* sept: projects finalized
* oct: plan written based on feedback
* nov-dec: community forum for action plan
there is going to be a survey on input for the 2025 strategy.
If anyone has questions about the plan, you can reach them at
actionplan2020(a)isoc.org
There is going to be an inteligence gathering, to be able to have vision
about trends and oportunities
Lastly, Andrew Sullivan will be doing a webcast about ISOC's 2025
strategy on 27 March.
