Those that are part of APC remember that you also can count on the APC
METF fund for getting to the IGF, and that could allow others to get to
this funds to go.

Unfortunately, this overlaps partially with the
Nonprofit Software
Development Summit (Nov 14-16), an awesome unconference that takes place
annually in Oakland. I've pinged the group to see if anyone's interested
or will already be in Europe around that time - we could fund this
ourselves.
Would the CNSIG meetup be before or after the IGF?

I understand Panos (NetHood) will also be there, as well as advisors
(Carlos Rey Moreno and Luca Belli), for whom we haven't really defined a
role or work dynamic yet.
So this is the members we still don't know if they'll be represented:
-
guifi.net <http://guifi.net>
-
freifunk.net <http://freifunk.net>
- Ninux
- SudoMesh/People's Open
- Gram Marg
We will already have quorum (>=8) in Paris, so I think it will be a
great opportunity to have a Council Meeting and maybe discuss some
issues that are difficult to address through our list and Mumble.
I will start a thread to discuss an agenda for that potential meeting.
Cheers,

This is what has been mentioned so far.
Have funding:
- TIC (Karla?)
- Rhizomatica (Peter?)
- Fantsuam (John)
- Atalaya Sur (Damián)
- AlterMundi (NicoPace)
Need funding:
- Zenzeleni
- Sarantaporo.gr
- Coolab (Hiure)
- Atalaya Sur (+1)
- AlterMundi (+1)
Other things to consider:
- have any of the organizations that need funding received a BNET
grant
this year?
- are any of those organizations partnering with ISOC in CN deployment
projects?
I'm asking because we have been told that those two conditions
might get
you IGF travel support independently of your
CNSIG affiliation. This
will help us get to a final proposal to ISOC.
What about the organizations that did not reply?
A CN meeting is being planned for the day after IGF and it would be
great to have as many as possible from the CNSIG participate there...
Cheers!
