Hi everyone, I'm sharing the spanish (original) version of the final document from the Cumbre Latinoamericana de Redes Communitarias (latinamerican Summit) that we held last month in Argentina. This document has been collectively produced by the participants. We hope it will help guide future discussions in our region and spark new ones in other continents. We will have an english translation soon.
