[CNSIG-Council] trusted advisors

Hi all, Some time ago I remember Sol proposing Carlos Ray Moreno as a CNSIG's trusted advisor, and I wanted to say that I fully agree with this. But since there was no reaction, perhaps it would make sense to describe in more detail this role (what type of "advices" will our advisors be expected to offer? Will they be part of the council e-mail list? Do we have already some trusted advisors and should they be part of our web site?), and the process for electing trusted advisors (Shall we vote through e-mail or should we keep such decisions for our "assembly"?)
