This sounds good.
But I would also consider meeting on the 15th. Meetings during the event
tend to be chaotic in my experience.
(For the 15th there are discussions for a wider
meeting and some people
might not be there or leaving that day, and in any case having a 2nd
CNSIG meeting would be also nice :-)
I have posted in the discussion you mention that I propose we have a
closed CNSIG Council meeting the 15th in the morning and then the wider
open meeting in the afternoon.
