[CNSIG-Council] AlterMundi lcence. Following up on Paris meeting.

Hi All, I think it would be a good practice for our group to follow up on our organization plans shared during our meeting[1], so we can keep the collective links alive. I wanted to let you all know that as of yesterday AlterMundi was granted operator license in Argentina. It's the first license for community networks. This is an important step to push for access to Universal Service Funds. I'll keep you posted on news on that front.
