Colleagues, I've been contacted by BCO's from the European Commision for helping them to spread a questionnaire that they released for the Community Networks. Regardless of the questionnaire itself (some questions might look strange), IMHO matters to show them that  other alternatives to the traditional ISP for accessing the Internet do exist also in Europe.
