All,
As just Peter and myself attended, the meeting has been delayed, pending
agreement of a new time to be agreed by this list (proposed Wednesday
March 4 15:00).

By the by-laws, we need to submit an Activity Plan (secretary is
responsible) & election results (chair responsible to call) to ISOC
before end of April.
For an annual election we need candidates to submit their bid 30 clear
business days before an ACM (or extraordinary meeting) and election.
I propose today's delayed meeting be re-scheduled to an extraordinary
meeting next Wednesday March 4 15:00 UTC to make the above achievable.
CN's are recognized as being on the frontiers of the human side of
internetworking & communication.
Looking forward to planning our future next Wednesday.

So, perhaps next Wednesday at this time could work? (just trying to help
with the coordination)
