Ubiquiti Bullet 2HP (and non M models) are not supported by OpenWrt
anymore. They were until OpenWrt 14.07.
So... Well... I don't know...
The lime-build script can produce mini images [1] under 4MB (Chef
still can't) but up to now there's no image for Ubiquiti Bullet 2HP
(which anyway has a small RAM memory which could cause problems).
I suppose is possible but I'm not sure it's going to work anyway...

You can make OpenWrt compatible with LibreMesh simply installing the
LibreMesh packages.
Actually LibreMesh is just a cleaned up OpenWrt image with
pre-installed LibreMesh packages (and their dependencies, like routing
protocols) :D
For example the packages for the ar71xx architecture (which is not the
one of Bullet 2HP) can be downloaded from the
downloads.libremesh.org
server [2].
