I understand the content from libremesh is in github, but it is a lot
more bureaucratic to edit the html, push it, wait for merge...

I see the mostly empty list at:

Such a list could be part of a guide about how to choose a device,
or how to guess whether a device might work or is definitely
unsupported.
For example:
"Look up the device on the OpenWRT Table of Hardware, and make sure
that the System-on-a-Chip SOC is one of the following: blah, blah,
or blah. If the SoC is from a different manufacturer, it almost
definitely won't work. If it's a different model from manufacturer
blah, then maybe it'll work."
"If the Flash/MB is 2mb, then putting LibreMesh on it will be
difficult or impossible. If it has 4mb, then a lightweight version
of LibreMesh can run well on it. If it has 8mb or more, then it can
handle a full version of LibreMesh."
This way I can look on MercadoLibre here in Ecuador, see that there
are TPLink 841n and 841hp but not 842, there are 940n, and one
1043n, and after asking the seller to send me a photo showing the
version number of the router, I can know whether LM will probably
run or definitely not.

The last LibreMesh release (I don't remember if it was announced

things.
I was wondering... now that the wdr3500/3600/4300 devices are no
longer
accessible... which ones can we use?
Now there are a lot of devices with the MTK7601, and others with
QCA6174.
I've tried some Xiaomi device that comes with the MTK7601
processor+radios and it works... but don't have knowledge about
performance and robustness... and if there are any dual radio
with
weather enclosure around.
