Recently, while connected to our LibreMesh network in Ecuador, I tried to install a
program on my laptop as a Docker container, and the container failed multiple times to
download all the necessary files during the Docker build process. When I activated a VPN
connection that connects to the internet in the USA, the Docker build completed
successfully. I have also noted that Telegram sometimes takes a minute or more to connect
to its network and exchange messages, when other apps have no delay (email, WhatsApp). Any
ideas what might be happening? I guess it would be helpful to do another test from a
different network in Ecuador to see if the issue is with LibreMesh or Ecuador.
