Yes, the LiMe node proposes itself as DNS server, this is needed if you
want to resolve internal IPs like thisnode.info or somehostname.lan

The LiMe nodes uses some fixed external DNS servers for resolving
external domains.

Which right now are set to:
list resolvers 4.2.2.2 # b.resolvers.Level3.net
list resolvers 141.1.1.1 # cns1.cw.net
list resolvers 2001:470:20::2 # ordns.he.net
I don't think there's an option for taking the DNS suggested by your
ISP, there's also an open issue on this:
