Mh, ok, so even prepending V=s in
V=s ./cooker -b ar71xx/generic
you don't get more interesting info on the error?
It could be that some compiling dependencies are missing on your PC...
On this page you can find the packets that usually are needed:
sudo apt-get install subversion zlib1g-dev gawk flex unzip bzip2 gettext
build-essential libncurses5-dev libncursesw5-dev libssl-dev binutils cpp
psmisc docbook-to-man wget git
Can you paste the full output in a pastebin (there are many websites on
the internet for this) and send here a link to it?

Welcome Nges!!
Until few days ago there was a dependency problem when compiling with
lime-sdk, but according Pau it was solved.
I just downloaded clean lime-sdk and compiled and it worked well :)
I don't know if there's an equivalent to "make clean" in cooker,
so can
you delete the lime-sdk directory, clone it again and run again that
command?
If you need more verbose output you can try prepending V=s to cooker
command:
V=s ./cooker -b ar71xx/generic
Bye!

Hello all
I am new to the LibreMesh hacking community.
I am trying to build the LibreMesh firmware so as to format my router
with it.
I have followed All instructions as stated here
https://github.com/libremesh/lime-sdk
<https://github.com/libremesh/lime-sdk>
and all seems good.
When I try to build the packages using the command ./cooker -b
ar71xx/generic
I get the error *
make -r world: build failed. Please re-run make with -j1 V=s to see
what's going on
/home/nges/lime-sdk/lede/ar71xx/generic/sdk/include/toplevel.mk:200

make: *** [world] Error 1
make: Leaving directory '/home/nges/lime-sdk/lede/ar71xx/generic/sdk'

I have tried looking for a solution from the internet but I have not
gotten any concrete solution .
Please anyone with any Idea of how I can solve this problem ??
I am using Ubuntu 15.10 , 64Bits OS
Thanks and waiting to hear from you
