What is the difference between lime-defaults and

You're right: the documentation needs updating!!
More or less this is the concept:
/etc/config/lime-defaults: what the LibreMesh proyect suggests
/etc/config/lime-community: what your community suggests
/etc/config/lime-node: what is actually in place
These three files are in priority order: if the same option is present
in lime-node, it will prevail over the same option in lime-community or
lime-defaults.
/etc/config/lime-autogen: no idea of what's it for but it's more or less
the result of lime-defaults+lime-community+lime-node, I think. Should be
something internal and nobody should edit, should be generated by
lime-config command from the content of the other configuration files,
no idea why.
Yes, lime-autogen is the configuration that is generated from the other config files as a
first step in lime-config, and is what it is used by lime-config to configure the system.
The idea to have it exposed is that you can see exactly what is the result of
lime-node+lime-community+lime-defaults.
We need to update the english docs, translate it from the spanish version that is up to
date
https://github.com/libremesh/lime-web/blob/master/docs/es_config.txt
Best!
