Yep, I agree with Mark, moreover the two firmware versions are quite
different, can you re-flash the router with a freshly compiled image
with lime-sdk or downloaded from:
http://repo.libremesh.org/dayboot_rely/targets/ar71xx/generic
This difference in version can cause the strange behavior, there are
also some strange differences in the configuration you posted, no idea
why. The differences are in options
config lime 'network'
option anygw_mac 'aa:aa:aa:%N1:%N2:aa'
option bmx6_pref_gw 'none'
config lime 'wifi'
option distance '1000'
which are not present in WDR3500's config.
Please send to the ML the /etc/config/lime of both routers after
flashing with a fresh firmware!
