Lime-build uses the OpenWRT buildroot, so the problem will probably come
from it.

I didn't try to reproduce, but sounds like your lime-build is looking
for an old version of openssl that is not on repositories anymore. Maybe
you can solve upgrading lime-build environment, try
make update_all
otherwise start with a new lime-build installation or with classical
compilation, both compilation methods are explained here:
