The error reported came up only on the ZBT-APE522II not on the Picostations

Juergen, did you check permissions and ownership comparing with a
working system?

While checking for permissions and ownership error has disappeared.
Only changes between appearance of the error and now, I installed
first-boot-wizard and rebooted.
But I remember the properties where the same while the error showed up as
for now

I cross-checked with another device.
Same behaviour, error disappeared after installing fbw and reboot.
