I am specially interested in these ones. Do you run any? (Retroshare, Tox...) What is your favorite? Why? I am looking for completely decentralized apps that can run within the community network and don't require Internet. Apparently some "peer-to-peer" protocols are not completely decentralized and sometimes need to contact a kind of centralized directory server for bootstrapping/peer discovery. I am not interested in those. I don't know much about the topic, but I think friend-to-friend protocols or protocols where peer discovery could be done just by scanning the network sound better to me. The more answers, the better. Thank you!
