Hi.
I have a TL-WDR3600 Ver.1.4 router with DD-WRT. I want to install
Libre-Mesh on it. So I go to the Firmware Upgrade section of the
DD-WRT GUI and choose my coocked firmware
lime-tl-wdr3600-v1-r44952-espaiveinal-1509-factory.bin
Everything looks fine with the upload but, after automatically
rebooting, DD-WRT shows up again.
Where did I go wrong?

I have not tested it, but it looks like you must rename the file to the
name of one of the official TP-Link firmware file.

It's a second hand router which arrived with DD-WRT, so I don't have
the original stock file with me. I tried renaming my LiMe bin file to
the names I found at
http://www.tp-link.es/download/TL-WDR3600.html#Firmware
but had no luck.
I even tried to flash it back to one of the original TP-Link firmwares
on that link, but did not work either.
Any other suggestion?

I would go for the TFTP recovery method, it's described both on
wdr3600 and wdr4300 pages on OpenWrt wiki:
