gives the ipv4 and ipv6 of each node among other things.
To get the IP addresses with the current code you can use the second column of
/tmp/babeld-hosts to get the hostnames and then perform a nslookup to get the IPs.

I see neighbor nodes through batctl o and file
/tmp/hosts/shared-state-dnsmasq is empty.
