Thanks Andy for the 100% accurate answer!
I'll add some additional info :)
OPKG cannot find the first and the second repository because they do not
exist and they will never exist.
They get generated from the feeds.conf file during the compilation and I
do now know how to avoid this.

Many thanks for reporting this, because I never worried about it and
seems that it's not difficult to fix :D
I created an issue about this here:
https://github.com/libremesh/lime-web/issues/111
OPKG cannot find the third repository because right now we don't have a
packages repository.
http://snapshots.libremesh.org/packages/mipsel_24kc/libremes/Packages.gz
But this should change soon, see the discussion on:
https://github.com/libremesh/lime-packages/pull/728
LuCI installation as a package (instead than simply include it at
compilation time, which is much easier), as the installation of some
other packages from the repositories, requires a special configuration
at compilation time, so that the kernel is exactly identical to the one
which LuCI likes.
Some instructions on how to do this can be found (please give feedback
if this does not work for you) in the mailing list archive which is
currently unavailable due to a server failure (for the same reason I'm
not sure you'll receive this email...) so that I'll copy here:
This is the bare minimum .config (at least when
compiling for ramips)
for having the correct kernel vermagic:
CONFIG_ALL_KMODS=y
CONFIG_DEVEL=y
# CONFIG_KERNEL_KALLSYMS is not set
CONFIG_KERNEL_BUILD_DOMAIN="buildhost"
CONFIG_KERNEL_BUILD_USER="builder"
You can set these options in the menuconfig (inside the "Global build
settings" menu) or (maybe easier?) start from a .config file with only
these lines and then select target (which router to compile for) and
packages (like selecting LibreMesh packages).
Ciao!

Hi Jürgen,
about the error message in lime-app please check here:
https://github.com/libremesh/lime-packages/issues/763
opkg can't get the libremesh packages, because they are not there ;-)
(The standard packages should work)
If you want to use luci you have to compile it into the firmware.
Because of the dependencies of the luc(base) package you should only use
the luci-admin package.
If you like i can give you my config (different hardware, but the luci
part is the same everywhere).
Feel free to ask - if you have further questions (auch gerne in deutsch
;-) )
