[CNSIG-Council] WG pages on the web site

Hi all, Thinking loud: Perhaps to create placeholders on cnsig.info for individual pages of the different WGs? As a starting point we could include in these pages the answers to the questions posed by Sol: * What would you like the WG to achieve in 2018 (your main objective)? * What are some of the tasks that you envision undertaking? * How will you evaluated that you are fulfilling your objective (by what criteria will the WG monitor/measure its activities)? It would be also nice perhaps if every WG maintain an index pad to make it easy for everyone to take a look on the progress and contribute even if "officially" part of the WG.
