[CNSIG-Council] Anyone going to RightsCon?

Hi there, This is extremely last minute but I'm going to submit a session proposal for RightsCon tonight about community networks (the deadline is in a few hours). I wanted to know if anyone else was planning to be there in Tunis, June 2019? The format I'm going to choose is "Fishbowl" so we can use it as an opportunity to meet and have a discussion among anyone who's planning to be there. But let me know if you plan on being there ASAP and would like me to include you in the proposal! cheers, Mai
