[CNSIG-Council] Regional Meeting (LAC)

I'm opening a thread about this regional meeting so we can discuss it in particular. As soon as we receive more info on the other two regional meetings I'll let everyone know and we can start a thread for each. Christian O'Flaherty (ISOC) has just pointed out (again because Thiago already mentioned this event), that it would be interesting to have CNSIG participation here: https://eu-ems.com/summary.asp?event_id=4368&page_id=9568 ... and he proposed that we consider it as a possible opportunity to "piggyback" for our regional meeting.
