Hello all,
Based on the poll for meeting dates the prefered date for the Kick off
meeting is *Friday 26th January 16h00-18h00 UTC. *
Thank you Rodrigo for taking on the facilitator role. Please feel free to
take over the meeting preparations. The original email on this thread has
some basic info but go ahead and refine Agenda etc as you see fit - I have
received no further requests for agenda items. Looking forward.
Also, apologies to Panos who apparently didnt get the meeting poll invite
directly, please let us know if colleagues in your organisation who need to
be informed are not in this thread.

This might be part of "set up the modus operandi", but I'd like to
