lime-full has been removed a while ago, about lime-proto-anygw i has this
snippen in his Makefile dependencies line `@(!PACKAGE_dnsmasq)` that means that
it requires that the package named dnsmasq must deselected otherwise lime-
proto-anygw won't be available, once you deselect dnsmasq it will apear on the
menu

as the 17.06 builds used a meta (collection package) that selected all the
required packages called "lime-full'
