[lime-dev] GSOC 2014

Hi. The GSOC (google summer of code) will start soon. The last years most of the Free Network Communities have been applying for funding under the umbrella of the Freifunk Community. Two years ago there were 12 accepted projects (of $5k each). The FreiFunk managers are looking for GSOC ideas before applying as an organization. So if there are good proposal they will go ahead again. I've added a Libre-Mesh proposal, but please, feel free to modify it or add more information. Also I've added a topic for Libre-Map because I think we should also try to apply in parallel for it.
