Bear in mind that evaluators will be mostly specialists and so we should
try to keep it real in the analysis and the promises. I only edited:
"Even with this intervention, current *mesh* network tools are reaching
the limits of their scalability." ... adding "mesh", because I guess
people from existing big networks could argue their intervention is
still pushing the limits further :)
Tomorrow I'm planning to write something for "Concept and objectives",
"Overall strategy of the work plan" and "Impact".
