The OTI is funding projects for mesh network deployment, here is the call:

It looks like they expect the people who apply to use Commotion, but
maybe I'm wrong. If someone here has more information it would be

You're right.
But as you know Commotion is OpenWrt with OLSR and not much more.
They also have a Commotion firmware for GSM.
If someone here has more information it would be
appreciated.

Maybe it would be interesting to apply from our "underlying"
organizations. We (AlterMundi) have been in contact with Andy, and
Vicky has already made some progress on a presentation.
If we apply independently we may be elegible for more than one grant,
right?
