More rumours for you:
I think from a specific AirOS version you cannot downgrade, or you can
downgrade like gradually or something...
The thing is that recently I upgraded from AirOS v6.1.4 to
factory-openwrt and it worked. I don't remember if I did it with TFTP
or WebGUI update method. (Try both ways?)
Another guy said me to go to the AirOS beta and from there upgrade.
