Using profile basic reduces the image size enough for all the 4 MB devices

That's great!
So a combination of target ar71xx-mini and profile basic is the best way
for producing small images in lime-build, good to know! (we have to add it
to the lime-build readme)

@Ilario it is not only this. Also look that the USB
modules are disabled,
OPKG is not installed, etc.
Ah, I didn't take care of the comments in the target file, I supposed that
they would have been ignored, indeed it works, awful yet surprising!
Also even applying these changes the lime-full image won't fit on 4MB
device.
So this is why I created lime-basic which does not include lime-debug.
