Ah! Sorry, I didn't get the question, so, well I don't know how to use
opkg.config file...
I expected to find compiled LiMe packages for mt7620 in
http://downloads.libremesh.org/develop/
but there's nothing for mt7620

Anyway, compiling locally libremesh with develop branch of lime-build
you will have the packages you need in the output/*/packages folder.
Installing them one by one could be tedious because of dependencies.
Setting up a opkg repo could be an option but I never tried.
Consider reflashing with a LiMe image already including everything...
I could not fnd out how to use menuconfig
This suggestion I gave you was based on the misunderstanding that you
were compiling LiMe starting from a LEDE base. (anyway also in
lime-build you can access menuconfig for advanced packages selection)
