Hi Nic,
ZeroMQ is ported to OpenWRT, the OS in which LibreMesh is implemented:
https://github.com/openwrt/packages/blob/master/libs/zmq/Makefile
So you should be able to install it using opkg:
opkg update
opkg install zeromq
