Hello all,
This email serves firstly to officially name the CNSIG Working Group
coordinators (whoohoo!), and secondly to guide the WGs to prepare their
initial work.
*CNSIG WG Coordinators*
- Policy and regulation WG - *Thiago Novaes*
- Technical WG - *Nico Echaniz*
- Social impact WG - *Panayotis Antoniadis*
- As you know no-one formally volunteered to coordinate the Training WG
- members are welcome to start working amongst themselves until a
coordinator is identified.
Our next meeting will focus on the WGs. Please indicate your availability
for the meeting in the following poll https://framadate.org/e27iwYTwQqVrnz7a
Also to aid the groups to get going we include below 3 main questions for
each group to address, and present at the next meeting.
1. What would you like the WG to achieve in 2018 (your main objective)?
2. What are some of the tasks that you envision undertaking?
3. How will you evaluated that you are fulfilling your objective (by
what criteria will the WG monitor/measure its activities)?

New subject: [CNSIG-Council] [CNSIG - Council] Formal acceptance of WG coordinators and next meeting
Hello,
Thanks for the email, and the list discussion. It's time to work!
So, as a starting point for the WG Policy and Regulation, I've collected
a few documents and propose we read and discuss them.
Please, if anyone would like to add docs, points to discussion, do it in
our regulation list, where we could also work together on to the
proposed questions to the WG.
It seems important that we discuss ITU Strategic Plan (2020-2023) and
three short and very recent documents from UK and Australia, in english,
our common language (Nico, does this material should be also in our sig
website?):

Hello all,
A quick reminder that the our next Council meeting is set for next week,
please refer to the previous email below. So far the most popular date in
next Tuesday 3rd April. The focus of this meeting is the Working Groups.
From the groups that I am in it seems that although
there has been some
activity we have not yet kick started properly - I can imagine
that we are
all swamped. I would like to suggest that we stick to our planned meeting
and give WG Coordinators the opportunity to present the points indicated
previously, and perhaps also to clarify (also for new comers) what
communication channels can be used.
If you have not have not answered the poll please do so now, so we can fix

Also let's all make an effort from now to the meeting to give input into
our WGs!
