People visiting from other parts of Ecuador have the same problem as me connecting to
Telegram from our LibreMesh network (without a VPN) using the Telegram app on Android, and
they do not have this problem in other parts of Ecuador.
How can I tell if our LiMe network is dual stack v4/v6 or just v4?
Desktop Telegram does not suffer this problem. I have not tested with iOS.

Are you observing this behaviour persistently? Is your LiMe network dual stack v4/v6 or just v4?
How can I tell?
